Michal Granit is an artist and designer.

She works with a sewing machine to stitch together pieces of paper and cardboard collected over time. Her practice of gathering, sorting, and organizing is a way of thinking and making sense of the world. Through these acts, she explores connections between things that at first seem unrelated, and shapes feelings and concepts that are not yet fully formed. Her process is not only a way of expressing ideas, but also of discovering them.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Design with honors from HIT and also studied painting and sculpture at the Midrasha School of Art, Beit Berl College.
